Public Enemy co-founder Flavor Flav was arrested on home battery fees earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nev. Now his lawyer is talking out concerning the allegations, vowing that the rapper can be heard.

In accordance with TMZ, an Oct. 5 prison criticism states the 62-year-old is accused of poking a girl within the nostril, throwing her down and grabbing her cellphone. It’s unknown if Flav knew the sufferer.

The Henderson Police Division booked Flav, born William Drayton Jr.,and he was charged with misdemeanor battery constituting home violence.

David Chesnoff, Flav’s lawyer, informed TMZ, “In alleged home violence instances, there are sometimes 2 sides to the story and we are going to clarify our aspect within the courtroom and never within the media.”

Flav has not made a public assertion on his arrest. Nevertheless, on Tuesday (Oct. 19) he celebrated one  12 months of sobriety, tweeting, “1 12 months up,,, lotz extra to go,,, subsequent 12 months I pray my complete household can be walkin the identical path I’m.”
